Delivery & Terms

Pick up & Delivery 

 

  • Our delivery service is available on Mondays to Saturdays. An additional charge of $200 is required for delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

 

  • AM delivery: 9 am to 1 pm/ PM delivery: 2-7 pm.

 

  • Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:

 

Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays):

  • Order before 5 pm;orders will be processed on the next day and earliest delivery is the day after (earliest at 9am - 1pm)

  • Order after 5pm; orders will be processed on the next day and earliest delivery is two day after (earliest at 9am - 1pm)

 

Sundays and public holidays:

  • Orders will be processed on the next working day.

  • Therefore, if placing an order on Sunday the earliest delivery would be from Tuesday morning onwards.

 

  • If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply. 

 

  • It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.

 

  • Should the delivery be unsuccessful the order will be returned to our Atelier and a second delivery will only be attempted after additional delivery fee and correct information is provided by the sender.

  • In the case of Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal being hoisted delivery services will be immediately suspended. The flower will be delivered on the next available date. 

 

  • Please refer to the below or check with our shop staff for more details of delivery charge.

 

  • Special area delivery (+HK$250)

  • Sai Kung, Clear Water Bar areas, Fairview Park, Palm Spring, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Kam Tin, Ma wan, Discovery Bay, Tai Po Industrial Estate, Tung Chung, HK Disneyland & Airport & Sunny Bay, etc.

  • Deliveries for outlying islands, e.g. Cheung Chau, Ping Chau and Lantau Island etc are subject to separate quote per request.

 

  • Deliveries to buildings without elevator (stair carry), or village houses/villas that our truck cannot access, are subject to extra charges. 

 

  • Valentine’s Day collection is not applicable to the above delivery charges. Please refer to the promotion terms or check with our staff for more details.

 

Seasonal Availability

 

  • Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.

 

  • As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

 

  • For product dimension, please check with our staff.

Change / Cancellation of Order

 

  • No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

  • If you wish to change delivery time of your order, a notification of 48 hours is required.

 

  • All orders made by / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours.

 

  • If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

 

  • Any order shall be made 3 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the chosen flowers.
